Delivery Time

Delivery of your completed order can be expected within six to eight weeks of when the order is processed by Clay Decor LLC.  Most products are custom-created to the specifications of each individual order.

Product Liabilities and Warranties

Product liabilities and warranties are limited to product defects such as chips or breaks.  Note that due to the handmade nature of the product, and the custom mixing of the high-fire glazes, some variation in color and texture of the glaze should be expected and will not be considered for warranty.  Misuse or mishandling of the product will void all warranties (Note:  Tiles may withstand light foot traffic in a floor application, but Clay Decor LLC DOES NOT warranty its tiles for floor use.)

Clay Decor, LLC’s warranty of any Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Decor Elements shall not apply if  the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Decor Elements are not stored or handled appropriately,  the defect of the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Decor Elements resulted from damages occurring after delivery of the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Decor Elements, or  the defect of the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Decor Elements was not reported to Clay Decor, LLC within seven (7) days after delivery to the buyer’s location or designated delivery point.  If the Tiles, Lavatory Sinks, and Decor Elements does not conform to the warranty above and the warranty is not otherwise excluded, then Buyer shall promptly notify Clay Decor, LLC of the defect.  THE FOREGOING ARE BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY CLAY DECOR, LLC ABOVE.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Clay Decor LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Clay Decor LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Clay Decor LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Clay Decor LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
